An Indian Soiree
Arbury
Rotary Club,
in
conjunction with the Mary Ann Evans Hospice Nuneaton arranged ‘An
Indian Soiree’ evening at the Abbey Theatre, Pool Bank Street.
At the evening youngsters
who all belong to the Mrittika Arts Dance
School and come
from
Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth performed
Classical Indian Dance, Music
and songs.
 
The dance and musical elements have been specially
arranged to interest a wide audience. Some of the dance styles goes
back 200 years.
The profits from the event
were shared between the Hospice and the Rotary Foundation Charities.’
The Rotary Club supports
charities locally and internationally.
Halloween Collection at ASDA Superstore
Over the Halloween period Rotarians from the Arbury Rotary Club held
collections at the Nuneaton ASDA Superstore on behalf of the Mary Ann Evans
Hospice raising about £1000 from the generous public of Nuneaton.

Christmas Collection at ASDA Superstore
Santa visited the ASDA Superstore again this year to greet their many young
customers.
With the help of Arbury Rotarians he was rewarded with useful contributions to
help support many needy causes.
